I recently had the pleasure of dining at this soul food restaurant Fish & Chikzzz, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The cornbread was simply divine, perhaps the best I've ever had! Dexter, the owner, epitomizes hospitality—he was incredibly nice, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal, making us feel truly welcomed. My favorites of the evening were the shrimp and collard greens, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Not only was the food outstanding, but the ambiance of the restaurant was also delightful. The environment was warm and inviting, and the music added the perfect touch to the overall experience. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit—I can't wait to come back and enjoy another delicious meal. It’s always a bonus when it’s a black-owned business the experience is even more meaningful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional soul food and top-notch service! I am so glad I stumbled across this place! The food was amazing! It was like food you cook at home! It is so hard to find good home cooked food out to eat! They had the best corn bread I have ever tasted! Everything was made with love! The owner is a pleasant man and the atmosphere is superb! I loved the music and the company. I met a lovely woman and I enjoyed myself very much. I will be sure to tell everyone about this place! Thank you!
