Ordered a BLT Reg over 10 bucks and got 3 little pieces of bacon. Will not go back. I will go to the one on route 9 across the river.

Absolutely disgusting I’ve been doing catering here for a few months now and have been satisfied thus far until yesterday 03/04/24 I walked in as I always do because I love the environment and how well I am taken care off by the staff ,i was surprised by new faces don’t know where they got these new employees and new management from but when I walked in I wasn’t recognized or greeted , let alone the place was a mess , I asked to place a order for catering and I got a stare like as if I was asking something wrong by a short white women with glasses , I then ask if I can speak to the general manger who often does my catering order and I was totally shocked to be greeted by a women it’s under “new management” the lady first seemed polite but after telling her how much I would need she became very nasty and told me shes a new manger she doesn’t know if she could have it done I felt like such a burden , I’ve never had a problem with this establishment before I’ve been coming here since they first opened but I am sad to say I can see this place going down the drain , I would give it a 0 if I could

Gross and unsafe food handling practices. Whoever is the owner or manager seriously needs to go over with their staff the proper procedures when it comes to handling food. Like taking off their gloves when they handle money or maybe not keeping the knife they use to cut food by the register. The sad part is that the staff clearly do not care. If theyre willing to do those things in front of customers then what are they doing when there arent any customers around..

Zero stars but you have to give one which never made sense. Will never order from here again. If this is a franchise the owner will lose in the end. If this is a corporate store they need to stop in randomly and anonymously. Lost my business as soon as it began. Do yourself a favor and eat at Matsons Deli on 300 or Midway Market & Deli.

By far the worst location, I have ever been to. The sandwiches are the smallest regular sandwiches I have ever seen. I ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich and got a sandwich that had gravy and no hot sauce. When I asked the counter person if this was a Buffalo chicken sandwich, I was yelled at by the 2 female employees and told I was banned from the location, which is OK with me because if they choose bad employees, why would I want to go back. And as I am writing this, the 1 female employee came outside and began yelling and threatening to call the police for harassment, which I hope they did. GARBAGE EMPLOYEES!!! Update as of 01/23/2024.What good is it to call the number listed in the reply, when one of the employees involved is related to the manager?

I wish they were friendlier, changed their gloves and wore their hair in a cap. I felt intimidated and rushed, watch them handle bags, register and food without changing their gloves and came home to a sandwich with hair in it.

DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING!!!! Place is FILTHY, the workers are beyond rude. We ordered 4 sandwiches today from this location and not a single one was edible. Bread hard as a hockey puck, slimy old tasting cold cuts and sour old tasting bacon. Never again. Please don’t spend your hard earned money here!

Had a truly pleasant experience here. The guy who took my order and also made the sandwich was professional, polite, checked to make sure I was certain of order and said goodbye is a way that I felt good walking out. His service alone would make me want to revisit this location!
