Smaller portions than I expected for a sandwich that cost over 11.00. Tasted good though.
Bad service, waiting 50 minutes for a sandwich
We got some excellent subs from Levi, second time he's helped us in a row. Great service and attitude, we will be back again.

I typically like the sandwiches at Firehouse, but service was very poor at this location. Do not expect a quick stop here. I waited 12 minutes before being acknowledged by any of the several employees working behind the counter even though there was only one other customer in the store, waited at an empty register to order, then even longer after I placed my order. Bathroom out of soap, drink station was out of tea, overall not well maintained.
Every time we order online, we arrive at the pick up time and then still have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the food. If this was a one off experience I would not complain…but every time for the last 6 orders??? Don’t bother ordering online…it does not save you any time
