I decided to give this place a try and it was a mistake. The food was awful. Won't go back. In response to Newks reply: I do not give out my email address so I will give more feedback here. Your italian sandwich was anything but Italian and just wasn't good taste wise. Maybe get a new recipe that is closer to what other Italian sandwiches are like would be my best suggestion.

First time trying this place. I had the mac and cheese and a French tip sandwich both were very good. The atmosphere is kind of a little bit upscale but overall very well done and a very clean place. I look forward to coming back and trying them again. A little on the pricey side but considering the area it was on par.

Always a catering hit!

The food is great, but the costumer service and app just fail soo bad with their clients! I ordered my food over Newk’s app and after 40 minutes my order got canceled. I understand the delivery guy can mess up sometimes, but you should at least provide a better costumer service. I called to their place and they said they would call me back. After a while I decide to drive all the way there to figure it out. After 30 minutes of my call, the manager calls me back and say they are offering deliver my order or give me CREDIT! I was already in the parking lot, so I said credit would be just fine, because I was going to use to order on the counter. I got on the counter, there’s no credit and the manager says that is a refund that can take a day to get into my account, because I paid through a THIRD PARTY, even though my order was made through NEWK’s APP. Seriously?! Why did he say was a CREDIT?! And if you can’t respond for an STORE APP, don’t use one!

Worst meal I have had in my life. Extremely overpriced for low quality food. Never to return. Don’t waste your time or money. Disgusting.

Soup and sandwiches are always hot and fresh, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Service is a bit of a lost art, but not when you're here. Oh yeah, the food is great too. Wheelchair accessibility: Tables aren't too close together.
