We had a 7:30 pm Sat reservation, but the restaurant was not full. We decided to sit at the bar because it's always more fun for us. We were offered tastes of two different rose wines and decided on a bottle of one of them. We ordered the roasted brussels sprouts and asked to go light on the truffle butter and use vegan cheese- this was executed perfectly. I also had the roasted persimmon and avo salad and it was a superstar salad! So big, so good. We finished with the bouillabaisse of butterbeans and risotto croquette (vegan) and the gumbo of maitake mushrooms (vegan) and both were outstanding! We were so pleased as vegan diners to get such an innovative and delicious dinner with lots of options to choose from! It's rare! Our bartendress / server was attentive and super nice. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan options - therefore many vegetarian options as well. We appreciated that there wasn't only one dish we could order - they accommodate vegan diners with many of their offerings. Dietary restrictions: The restaurant is gluten-free, but you'd never know it!
