Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The pineapple drink is the most unique and original restaurant significance drink that I had in a long time. I was not fond about one of the liquor ingredients that I normally don't like. But they made it a bottom of the barrel liquor taste like tip tear drink . The atmosphere is great for a date night. I especially love the couch style chair. First time dinner. I recommend trying their new York strip with the garlic thyme.. it's too die for Parking: Shared parking

Food was mediocre at best. We ordered food for our kids early, and it came cold with everyone else's order. The mac and cheese was lacking cheese (very dry and the kids complained). They didn't bring any water for the table even though we requested. Steak was severely undercooked. They waited until they brought our food to tell us they were out of baked potatoes. I ordered a cup of soup, never got it, and was charged for it. Restrooms were disgusting. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never return. Overpriced low-grade steakhouse.

Highly recommend!!! We’re from Louisiana and first came here for our honeymoon! We make it a point to eat here every time we are in Orlando! Huge shout out to our server Derrick for making our night even better as we celebrate our daughter’s huge cheer championship! Hands down the best food and service ever!

I have tried to make a reservation for a party of 20 people for my nephews birthday. I called to reserve space for the party and was told that someone from management would call back later in the day to follow up. I never received a call and ended up calling later in the evening. I spoke with Monica and was told that there was no times available on the specified day (Friday) to accommodate my party. I called back because it the two instances that I’ve been in communication with the restaurant I was told two different things. The second call back in the evening, Monica stated that I should have gotten an email from the manager. I only received the email in the evening because I had to call back and verify. This time I asked Monica if there was anything available for Saturday, she stated there were no times on Saturday, then proceeded to tell me that the restaurants does not accommodate large parties on the weekend. I would be okay with this, had this been stated initially when trying to make a reservation. I am highly upset because communication is key and it was not handled how it should, especially when working in Customer Service. If you’re looking for a place to host a large dinner party, I do not recommend this place.
