Awesome flavor, super friendly service, would come again for sure! The short rib and fire wood pork rib are awesome!

We had a great dinner at Feast and Floret. The wine list was good, service was good, and of course the food was good. It was busy on a Friday night but we had reservations, so no problem.

What a nice surprise this restaurant! Very tasteful and well made dishes in a beautiful enviroment with great staff. It absolutely fullfilled our expectations We wanted to thank the whole team of this restaurant for this great experience! We'll be back soon

We received a gift card for Feast and Floret as a wedding gift and we were so thrilled to have the opportunity to have a great dinner out! The restaurant was cozy and comfortable while still maintaining an upscale feel and 10/10 food! We can’t wait to go back!

I love this place so much. Matthew was exceptionally charming and attentive. The meal was easily one of the top 20 meals of my life. The lamb liver pate was probably in the top five culinary experiences. The velvety liver pate was topped with balsamic and crispy cool red cabbage and peppers atop a wonderful brown bread toast. I will dream about it. We sat by the fire in the lovely bar area and had a warm soft deep red wine, chocolate budino and cherry pomegranate sorbet and lingered for three hours. It was a perfect vacation in one night. Vegetarian options: All of the vegetable dishes were complex and rich. The chicory with anchovy dressing, the fennel and citrus, the Brussels Sprouts with walnuts and the beets were all fantastic.

Beautiful candlelit, rustic-chic interiors. Menu is little predictable and slightly bland - both in concept and execution. Cocktails are under chilled, and many dishes under-seasoned. Earlier experiences at this Hudson hot spot had been more memorable. Overall, style/vibes feel foregrounded over the food and service experience.

Impeccable service and delicious food. We stopped by to grab a drink and a snack and the waiter was so friendly about the specials (which sounded delicious) and the atmosphere of the place was so great we decided to eat a full meal. We got the tuna belly special, beets, trout, and bolognese - it was definitely an ambitious order for two people and we really enjoyed every plate. I got their martini and it was SO good (very unique).

This Sunday afternoon on a long Holiday weekend, when they opened at 12pm there was already a large crowd of people waiting outside to get a table. We made the mistake of waiting until about 12:30pm to try for a table and the earliest availability was 2:45pm. We took the reservation, did some shopping to kill time, and it was worth the wait! Delicious farm to table veggies, rainbow gnocchi pasta, and a delicious Trout salad special. I'd highly recommend getting there early for a table. It's a perfect option when in Hudson.

We've been wanting to come here for a while, but hadn't yet made reservations for what is obviously a very busy restaurant. It's busy for a reason, folks. Outstanding farm-driven Italian menu, incredibly attentive and happy service, in a place where you're surrounded by fresh and dried flowers, art and design details. Two fireplaces kept the place cozy on a very cold afternoon. Can't say enough good things, and if you're wondering, "should I get the roasted beets as a side?" the answer is yes. Wonderful meal - highly recommended.

Fantastic food. Our server was great, the only downside was the rude hostess in the beginning who acted pretentious. We came in at 5pm and there were many empty tables but she rudely told us that we would only be able to sit outside in the freezing cold. Happy that she did not deter us because everyone else we met was great and the food was top notch.
