I have never given a one star review before, but we had a disappointing experience here. Now that the restaurant has moved to its new location, there is a no-contact system for ordering food. I thought that was a neat idea, however, when any problems come up, there is no one to talk to resolve the situation. We ordered our food online, and waited at the pickup location. The order kept listing as in process, but it never actually finished. We waited there for over an hour before trying to contact someone. We called the number to the restaurant (listed on Google maps), despite several calls, we never got in contact with anyone working inside the restaurant. Despite paying for our meal, we never received our meal or any explanation for the lack of food. Please consider instituting an in-person option, or a better communication system set in place when problems arise. If that is changed, I would love to change my review.
Every Since the 1st time I ate there, I go there once a week!! True honest vietnamese Food at it's best, and the Pho is such a Treat!!
It’s a cool idea, bunch of restaurants have one common food pick up place, but I’ve now sat here for over an hour after the order was supposed to be ready, with no way to contact the restaurant. You can use the tablet to “contact the restaurant” but it just says “the restaurant has been contacted.”
Really disappointed in the new experience. I loved this place so much before they moved. We celebrated multiple occasions here. The broth wasn’t flavorful like it usually is for the spicy noodle pho. It tasted so watered down. You don’t nearly get as much food as you used to. The price has increased. The noodles changed. The topping even switched from white onion to red onion. The server was so sweet but the food was so disappointing. I wish more people supported them in their old spot so they could have stayed open. So sad.
Not a sit down restaurant. It’s a to go pick up place with multiple restaurants in one location. Food was cold when I got it back to my hotel. Vegan pho was fair at best noodles were in 1 piece at the bottom of the bowl.
This is hands down the best place for pho in Nashville, but unfortunately they closed their east Nashville location permanently without any warning.
Hey if you guys are just going to close your doors out of nowhere do you think you could put a message on the phone or something instead of letting people drive across town?
I really like this place. The food is consistently good. I live nearby, so it’s very convenient. I live so close in fact that when they installed their new *extremely loud* electronic entry bell I can hear it ringing in my apartment every time someone opens the restaurant door. I’ve asked them about turning it down and they said “tough luck.” It’s so loud that I can’t imagine ever sitting in the dining room and eating there when you can get blasted by a blaring alarm tone with every customer who enters. Fix it and I’ll fix my rating. Edit: sounds like they turned down the obnoxious noise.
Food was delicious; the pho soup was real tasty and flavorful. The Bahn mi was delicious as well. The servers were top notch always checking our party was taken care .
An east Nashville staple ruined by some trash ghost kitchen food hall.
