One item menu, could taste it and ask for difference in strengths and sweetness (if you want, no extra charge). Ice cubes were also cold brew so no need to light ice. I usually don’t like cold brew but this place is a true hidden GEM. Right outside paprika ATX, perfect combo!

Amazing service. Made sure coffee to water to cream ratio was perfect for us. Will definitely come back again to drink this delicious cold brew.

The guy who runs this place really knows his stuff! He's thoughtful and careful about the brewing, flavor and how add-ins work with his drinks. I have sincerely never had a better coffee than what I got at this place!

Evan is a lovely person who REALLY CARES about making great cold brew. And it shows- his drink is delicious. The place is easy to miss. Look for Michi Ramen. Go inside. The coffee counter is tucked into the front right corner of the business. There is one drink only, but it is really, really good. I highly recommend.

Best cold brew I’ve had, and the ice is frozen cold brew so it doesn’t dilute the coffee. It’s not a traditional coffee shop and they mainly sell kegs to businesses or takeout if it’s selling to customers directly. The owner is very friendly
