Short staffed, everything took way too long. A glass of champagne took 20 minutes. People trying to flag down server to place dinner orders, this is terrible. Please invest in additional staff, it will pay dividends. Terrible experience that could have been a real gem, save for the lack of service.
Had reservations, got there early and waiting about 35 min to be seated then after about 30 min after being seated I left. As I did not get served nor did my serve check on us. They may have been busy, but at least we should have been greeted. We decided to leave
Not a good experience at all as it was my first time in the establishment. We had a 6:30p dinner reservation. Checked in for reservation at 6:25p and was not seated until 7p. No one came to greet or ask if we've been helped or wanted water so we decided to leave at 7:25p.
Ordered Pork Chop with Brussel sprouts and Brick Chicken. Pork chop was good but the maple sauce spread on the whole plate and soaked into the brussel sprouts which made them very sweet and soapy. The chicken was very dry and had no seasoning. The broccolini was cold. $35 was very expensive for dry flavorless chicken. Even though the service was very good I would not recommend.
We stayed at the Fairlane and were given vouchers for two 'regular' drinks here (basically beer/wine, nothing too fancy or expensive). Ended up here because we tried out the holiday pop-up bar in the penthouse but it was far too busy for us. This was nice and chill with attentive staff. Felt cozy and intimate. Four stars because food portions were a bit small and basic for the price - and the burrata was melted, which was super weird. Otherwise very nice.
Great food and cocktails. Will be back
This place is fantastic. I had the pork chop and it was one of the best ones I’ve had. Great customer service as well!
It was a great experience.
