So consistent! Love the sides too, especially the beans and mashed potatoes. Salsa, cilantro & avocado dressing are delicious. What’s there not to like??? Everything about this fast food restaurant screams efficient, clean, & friendly service. And the value is incredible with a coupon!

Definitely will say the food was on point. Came down on a Friday afternoon was packed, the service was solid though. The atmosphere outside was a little shaky, lot of guys standing outside like they were trying to tow cars & just a little weird vibe. Other than that everything was Gucci. Also notice them prices went up though

I love Pollo loco's flame roasted chicken!
