Big E Pizza

I have to say, I’m extremely disappointed with Big E’s Pizza these days. We’ve been loyal customers for 6 years and noticed the quality and customer service diminish. We ordered a pizza 2 weeks ago and the taste of the cheese was awful, almost as if the recipe was altered. Today I placed another order and they forgot a portion of my order so the driver had to come back to deliver it to me. When my kids opened their pizza a few minutes later they discovered that the order was wrong so I called the restaurant back (again) and let them know the issue. I spoke with Maribel and she said she would fix the issue but “I will have to wait another 45 min.” I then asked for a credit for the double inconvenience and she said “you’re getting another pizza right? That’s the credit.” This response is absurd. I also offered the wrong pizza back to the driver and he refused it. After increased prices and subpar customer service, we’ll be searching for a new place. We pay this place way too much money for this type of service. What a shame.

Great food pizza and ribs and lasagna don’t disappoint.

Eaten here many times before. This latest time something was very off. Pizza was terrible. Very disappointing, this pizza isn't inexpensive either. Gotta do better big Es.

I recently found out my son ate there with his father. My ex threw water cups at my son and the server offered to call the police but my son was afraid and said no. I wish that he would have advocated for my son who was humiliated. I have never eaten here and I am saddened to hear that nothing was done, especially because his father was drinking. However, the server did help him clean the mess. Perhaps more training on what to do in these situations.

This is hands down the best pizza place I've ever been to! I highly recommend asking for Sam as your server; he was absolutely amazing. Sam went above and beyond, offering fantastic recommendations and ensuring our cups were always full. He was incredibly attentive, making sure our food arrived promptly. The restaurant itself is always very clean, including the bathrooms. As for the food, it was exceptional. The pizza was out of this world, and I would recommend it to anyone. The wings were also delicious. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you, Sam, for providing such an incredible experience!
