Einstein Bros. Bagels

Staff was great!! Thank you guys for being friendly and polite!! So honestly I was surprised at my breakfast sandwich.. Really GOOD! I've come here now and again for years...years ..and was never really impressed w their breakfast sandwiches..BUT awesome job guys! And this is coming from kind of a breakfast sandwich freak.. I got the brisket cheddar and egg!! It's gooood Soo eat it!!

Its unfortunate that this is now happened several times. I ordered three items, a plain bagel with egg and sausage, a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter, and a drink, and sure enough when I get home, the cinnamon sugar bagel has cream cheese and not what I requested. Several times in the past they have messed up my order as well as purposely said my name incorrectly, which I have corrected them and they repeat the incorrect name after the correction. It sucks that its so close to me and I won't be going there anymore because of their incompetence.

Not been here in years since we moved out of Broomfield so I took a quick run over from Kohl's to get a bagel and a fountain drink. Told the girl please be generous on the butter because it's usually nothing on it anyway. Well in the picture you can see there's nothing on it and then I turn around and said oh could I get a small fountain drink Lego sets. Small coffee so no small soda. We don't have it anymore. I turn around the machine is gone okay then she says disorder in the machine right there bottle I go over and get one. They're all warm. What's up with that? This location is going downhill. I'm glad I don't live in Broomfield anymore. I would not be visiting this place. It's not worth my time or money to visit this place ever again. I don't know what happened here. I haven't been here in 3 years but it's not the same. It's going downhill.
