I don’t know why I even tried coming ack here. Paying over $6 for a coffee and they refuse to fill the cup. This is my second time here and the second time they’ve done it. Scroll down the reviews to see the first picture and now here’s another.

Game me half a cup of coffee!! There was no whipped cream as if somebody ate it. I did not open the cup inside because I was in a hurry but very unprofessional baristas.

It's a good location. Friendly staff, my order was acceptable and they did a good job keeping their sidewalks clear and the floors dry. Sadly I remember more about the barista who was mopping the floor to keep them dry than my drink...

Employees show up to work sick...wearing masks so not to pass on their illness to customers then get testy if you ask them if they are carrying illness.

So I've reviewed for the same issue in the past at this same location. If they paid attention. They wouldn't mess up a single drink order. This is at least the sixth time. I've ordered an iced coffee explicitly iced white mocha. And they've given me a hot coffee. I don't have time to wait for you to remake it. I'm probably already late for work.
