The concept is cool. But the food, IMO is mediocre. I've eaten there twice now. Once in store and once in Uber eats delivery. The beef is like Arby's grade. Overpriced and average flavor. Super disappointed. $23 for one sandwich of mediocrity

i have never liked cheba hub and i’ve tried a few of their sandwiches at different locations. today i got a sandwich from this location and im not even joking when i say it was the best sandwich i’ve ever eaten. i would eat here for every meal if they all tasted like the sandwich i got today Parking: there’s a good number of parking spots here, i’ve never had trouble finding a spot Wheelchair accessibility: there is room for a wheelchair without people in the way, unfortunately it is pretty crowded so it may be hard to navigate
