Love this place such a variety of drinks and food. Must try!

We go to this location a lot and they always surprise me. This time, our experience did not start off very well. They were out of kids' pizzas and didn't have any minis. My son's $8 meal jumped to $22. I ordered a Lauginitas, and instead of getting a regular one, our waitor brought their Hazey, expecting me to be OK with it. My daughter wanted to order noodles with a side of noodles. In essence, two different meals without the sides. Two of our drinks took way too long to come, and the food seemed to take forever. Luckily, the kiddos were OK and stayed entertained. Out of nowhere, the manager came to our table and apologized for how long the food was taking. I told him that wasn't the only issue. After explaining what was happening, he apologized and said we'll get it taken care of. The rest of the night, our waiter and the manager did everything they could to turn our night into a positive experience. They exceeded my expectations! I have to admit, initially, I was not impressed by anything. By the end of the night, our bellies were full, and everyone had a terrific experience! I want to say thank you to Doug and the night manager (sorry, I did not get his name) for doing everything in their power to turn things around. We will definitely go back for another round.

Had the Strawberry salad. Very tasty and fresh. Could use a few more strawberries but it is out of season so that may be why. However, the pecans were miniscule. Waitress Tracy was awesome, and the hostess was as well. A+ I was there at lunch time and the music was a bit loud, I was dining alone and I like to read. I had to put my earbuds in to cancel some of the music out to focus. Over all, B++

Went for lunch I had the fish and chips which came with 4 battered fish fillets and fries not enough tarter sauce 1 little dipping bowl and no ketchup for fries asked for another tarter sauce and ketchup the dipping bowls were really small and hard to dip fish fillets and not enough ketchup which was also served in a tiny serving bowl ran out half way through my fries, the fries could have been a little warmer but the fish was great. Also ordered BJS favorite deep dish pizza to go which was 1/2 price good tasting ingredients the only complaint the crust could have baked another 5 minutes or more was not crispy which a deep dish pizza should be. The service was great no complaints there. I would recommend BJS Restaurant and Brewhouse.

This places management is horrible and disrespectful. The young 20 year old girl was flirting so much that we had to wait on our service and wait to get refills, was not given silverware or anything. New management here please!!!!!

Appetizer came after we had already started eating. Our server never came to refill my drink. The manager came over and saw we got an appetizer after meal was served and he made a comment about new people in the kitchen. Well, that's not our problem, is it also ordered my cheeseburger, medium well barely was medium. Fries not good at all. Only time we seen our waiter come back was to get the money. Probably wanted the table, so we sat and waited longer.

Dan was our server tonight and he was awesome! Keep him around! Great service and great food!!

Like the food but the service has slipped.
