Dunkin'

Went to place an order at the drive through and whoever took my order was extremely impatient. I got one drink ordered and she was telling me to pull forward, and preceded to do this after each item I ordered. The service at the window was not any better, said hello to the person no response from them, said I didn't order a drink when it was clearly on my receipt, thanked the person and yet no response again. If you hire somebody for customer service make sure they are willing to provide it.

I come here everyday before work and what use to be a great DD and Have told numerous people , Has turned into horrible experiences after horrible experiences!! Very Slow service And rudeness depending on who’s there and thats just to boot !! I’ll be avoiding this DD from now on !!!

Probably one of the worst Dunkins I’ve been too I asked for a blueberry muffin n when I went back bc it wasn’t blueberry the lady handed me the same muffin…..

Service was great. I ordered a drink that was to sweet for me & the batista remade it to my liking. She didn't have to but she was very kind & helpful.

Coffee was weak today

Worst location in west Tampa, save the headache and drive a few miles down.
