Whit's Frozen Custard of Westchase, FL

We absolutely love this place! The custard is always so good, you want more of it. The staff is very friendly, and we recommend it to all our friends

I'm gluten and dairy intolerant so I'm always looking for new ice cream places to try that support my dietary needs. I came here after seeing on the website that they offer coconut milk and oat milk based options, however there was no indication on different types of flavors so I figured I would ask once there. Upon arriving I was told the only vegan options they had were in cups in their freezer. They had four flavors available: strawberry, cookies and cream, peppermint, and vanilla. There were no oat milk options which was extremely disappointing. I opted for the strawberry and after opening, it looked like the cup had been melted and refrozen at least 10 times. It was impossible to eat with a plastic spoon and was not good at all. For my vegan friends out there, save your money and time and head to Brusters instead!

Decent ice cream but a bit over priced for what you get.

Authentic old style frozen custard. I love it even on a Florida winter day. Flavors are great.

I am LOVING the Cane Cane Custard. I had it in a cup with Marshmallow and then got a double sugar cookie Candy Cane sandwich to take home. I’m going back tomorrow to get 2 more before they are gone!!

Variety of flavors, custard per se is yum. I love the whitsers concept and really enjoy them when well mixed. But thats a hit or miss here, sometimes the add-ons are not mixed well all the way to the bottom of the cup.
