Very disappointed. Past 2 times I’ve order the black pepper bacon you guys don’t give me the right bacon and only 1 piece broke in half. I’ve bought from this location for maybe 10 years or so… you won’t get anymore of my money… everything cost more but you wanna give less… whatever man

Walked in and I was standing at the front counter and no one acknowledged me, no other customers inside.she never said hello or be with you in a min. So I left. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Waited 15 minutes and the coffee was cold it was made wrong. The employee was talking to another employee for 5 minutes as we sat at the drive through window watching and waiting. The employee seemed mad when she handed us our coffee. I’d we pay 15.00 for coffees they should be made right we won’t be back!

Very nice person/manager? who handled a custom order, and took extra care to listen to feedback and was willing to improve service and food! Though our concerns were with other Dunkins around. This is Definitely the one to go back to

In the mornings takes 8 min on average to take drive thru orders + additional 6 min to get your order. That's 15 min per car in the drive thru line. What is happening at this location? Why does it take a long time to get service. It looks as if they are fully stuffed, what is the issue then?
