Dunkin'

I decide to cash in 500 reward points which takes a long time to accrue and get wow just one cold brew iced coffee. OK whatever so I’m in the drive-through. I placed the order and I note that the line is not moving at all, it is very slow, as I’m waiting I’m still in front of the order screen in over the course of maybe 5 to 10 minutes. I’m asked for my order again by the same group of employees I repeat I’ve already ordered. They can’t hear me so I roll up my window and just ignore that now , when I get to the window to pay with my reward code ready to be scanned they tell me that they just ran out of cold brew and I said well I already redeemed this reward so they offered me a regular iced coffee which is cheaper… so I ask could I get a free donut or a free muffin and the lady just gave me a flat no Just what an awful experience you work so hard to earn a reward you commit so much time and money going to this establishment and then when it’s time to reap the benefit, it’s like a big middle finger is what I get. I will never be back at this location ever again , good riddance buyer beware do not spend any of your hard earned money at this place … by the way , HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF COFFEE?!? Piss poor mgmt and piss poor planning and piss poor execution and piss poor customer service. The people working there are absolutely clueless and it’s mind boggling how this is tolerated by other patrons bc I’m sure I’m not the only one that gets shafted

Customer service was nonexistant. I waited for quite a qhile for a cashier to show up. Then when I tried to ask him a question about a menu item not on the kiosk, he just proceeded to take the drive thru order instead. The kiosk unfortunately isn’t comprehensive, which is too bad since the cashiers aren’t delivering good customer service. I won’t return.

Iced Caramel Cappucino...it was good.

The cashier was sweet old man named ronnie, but he should not be taking orders as a cashier. It took 5min to order 3 fast things. He kept forgetting one of my orders and didnt even get them right. I ordered a large latte, donut, and two sandwiches. I didnt even get one of my sandwiches and my latte was not a latte, it was flavored coffee with no foam.. Not only was the cashier very incompetent but so was the other staff that did not assist this poor old man that shouldnt be working when he was obviously struggling.

Great place, could be slightly better.

This location consistently gives bad coffee.

They were out of creamer, blueberry donuts and were rude. They must be out of a manager too.

Lately every time I come to this location no one answers at the drive-thru and if they do they tell me to wait for several minutes (when im the only car there…) recently when I was served, the bagel I ordered was definitely stale. It’s such a shame because I love Dunkin, but there doesn’t seem to be a point to go to this one anymore since it’s difficult to even get an order in :/

Best coffee anywhere! Donuts are ok. Bet that's why they took "donuts" out of the name.
