Store was very clean, food was good and made well. I believe it was a son and mother working, they were nice and professional. I haven’t ate subway in a long time and had a taste for it and glad I stopped in.
So unimpressed. I did a mobile order so I can be in and and out. Why have a mobile order shelf if you keep the orders behind the counter? I told a server I had a mobile order and she didn’t even use words to tell me I needed to go around to tell the cashier, she just pointed at me. It felt very rude. Stupid system and really annoyed she didn’t even speak to me. I’ve had problems with this location before, so I will not be returning again.
No chance I'm paying $13+ for a regular subway sandwich with chips and drink. Publix is right next door and they do better for cheaper. The fall of subway is due to the fact they think we will pay $10 for a regular sandwich.
Please hire more people during busy times. There was one lady doing everything including pick up orders. There were 6 people in line standing while this poor person was taking a pick ip order with 6 sandwiches. Terrible management.
If it was an option to leave absolutely no stars I would. They close an hour early then they're supposed to. They don't speak effing English. And they are the most rude people I've ever met in my entire life! Do not come to this location! We made the order online an hour before they were "supposed to close" and we paid online and she had already closed the drawer for the night even though that didn't matter because we had paid online. This place is a joke.

Awful … first time to this store since Google maps somehow redirected to this store and never again . I have a coupon for the sandwich and I was told they could take that since I have got veggie pattie in it . They lied me that they could only accept the coupon without any meats or veggie Pattie’s . It’s fine if they don’t want to take the coupon but why do they want to lie ? I know this coupon is Legit and used before as well
I thought to myself, how bad could it be, but the reviews are correct. The servers are sweet, but they need to be trained better. Even if you’re making online orders, communicate to and prioritize the other customer who walked in. It’s wrong to have them stand there for 5 minutes wondering why they haven’t been attended to. For fast food, this took way too long.
They were out of pickles and the sandwich doesn’t taste as good without pickles
