Horrible experience at this location, rude and confrontational employees who got even madder when I responded to their off the wall comments towards me. I guess the employee thought I would just take it and didn't expect to raise my voice right back at him. Our order was taken and we watched four people receive their order before ours and when we asked what was going on we were told our order hadn't come out because it was "too complicated". It was two iced lattes. This was after a 30 minute time period of us waiting and trying to be understanding of the fact that they appeared to be short staffed. I hope that whoever the blonde male working there is terminated. If that's who Dunkin has as the face of their airport location, they should be ashamed. The coffee was disgusting and overly sweet. The general manager refunded our purchase.

Took order from me and no one did my order in drive thru. It's happend on 01/18/24 12:40 pm (mst). Very bad service ever!

I frequent this location a lot as I drive to the airport daily. Usually, I don’t have a bad experience. This morning however, was the exception. I went to the Dunkin Donut’s counter and purchased two donuts and a coffee. The young lady helping me was very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the opposite counter to pick up my coffee. I asked where the cream was. A person who identified herself as new pointed to a silver container on the counter. I reached into the container and there were two small milk cups. One was leaking so when I picked it up, I got a puddle of milk on my hand and there was a large puddle of milk in the bottom of the container. I said to the new lady that was standing there. I said excuse me, do you have some more milk? This one cup is broken and leaking and there is a puddle of milk in the bottom of this silver container. The new lady looked at this other lady asking where the extra milk was. Without acknowledging me (the customer) she walked away to the back and came back out with a handful of creamer cups and dumped them in front of me on the counter. No hello, here you go, no acknowledgment. I said you are incredibly rude, who is your manager? She said I am the manager and she turned and walked away. Are you kidding me? Flagged down the general manager who overseas Dunkin’s Donuts, Schlotzsky’s, Tia’s, and Auntie Anne’s. In this location. Asked if I could speak to him. He’s looks around and says yes. While I am talking to him and telling him what I had just experienced from the lady that said she was the manager, he had like a whatever attitude. He said he would talk to this manager, and then he just walked off. It’s no wonder the manager at the donut counter was so rude. By the way, it’s a food service. This lady manager behind the counter who was serving food and coffee items her nails were super long hawk style nails. I will be reaching out to the health department.
