Drive through window employee very rude to customers. I don't trust her service when handling my food. I will eat elsewhere!
Decent coffee with decent prices
This experience at this Dunkin location never fails to be a bummer. They do not give a total for your drive thru orders before you get to the window. They do not provide napkins unless you specifically ask for them. Today I purchased a nearly $6 large latte got 1.5 inches of dead air in the cup, and 2 inches of foam (brushed aside in my picture to try to locate the coffee, zero consumed). Cup was just over half full. Upside is the food I’ve received here is always hot, and service is quick.
The people at this location are always nice and pleasant however the food is consistently bad. I have gone in the morning and the donuts still taste like they are a day or more old. The bagels are always stale, chewy and not much cream cheese. Save your $5 and go get a whole pack of bagels from Kroger to make at home!
I go here every morning and alot of afternoons too. They know how to treat you and the manager and employees work hard to move the drive through and get your order ready super fast. Thank you DD
NO SERVICE...The dining room door was open this morning around 6:20 am and there were 3 drive-thru customers. It turns out that the staff were ignoring the counter. One person ahead of me walked out without being served. I waited longer and finally asked if their counter was opened. He said no. They lost about $60 of business this morning. I know because Tim Hortons on on High and Stanton took my business for $63.
