First Watch

I’m amazed how 2 different locations can have such night and day experiences. The North High location should barrow the cook from the Upper Arlington location. I wouldn’t recommend ordering online from North High, the food always looks/tastes old and greasy when it arrives. My million dollar beacon arrived so burnt and looked old like it was used days before and served. The shrimp and grits were cold ,bland, and came in 3 big clumps like it was not stirred when cooked. Lastly, the presentation of the food looked like slop and was just thrown in the containers. The Upper Arlington location is the one to order from, they get your order correct and take pride in what they serve in person and delivery.

Food was fresh, customer service was amazing. But only problem I’m having is that I placed a online order the other day and half my order wasn’t right, they said they were refunding me for my whole order and I still never received the refund.

Great breakfast!

This is one of my favorite brunch places. It’s just consistently good and this location is nice and clean.
