Worst service ever seen. Time: 12:53 am. He doesn’t know English. He doesn’t understand what we are saying. Please change the service over here

The service has always been abrupt and rude sometimes which is why it is better to buy the food to go. A simple caramel coffee and plain bagel has always been the best breakfast to go. The ice cream choices are great, however as stated earlier, the rude service can be disappointing when you try to request different choices of ice cream when ordering a milk shake and they don't want to hear what you have to say. The price makes it more acceptable than a Starbucks, even though their customer service is a little better. The coffee and breakfast food is still acceptable.
