Ordered through DoorDash and when the driver arrived to pick it up they informed the driver that they gave the order to the wrong person and canceled it instead of remaking the order to fix their mistake. The order was for a family party with kids and not only was I unable to feed my family but according to the little ceaser help support I have to wait 10-12 days for the money to be put back into my account since that is their policy .
Food was terrible and old. Spent $40 and everything was overcooked like they dropped/reheated it. The crazy puffs was so hard couldn't even pull them apart like the commercial. I had a total of 3 orders and none where fresh.
Poor work ethic, they'll have you waiting twice the "estimated" time and could care less. Not efficient. People just walk out cause its pathetic. Especially in the afternoon/night.
I been trying to reach the store manager for days about my order. Noone answers the phone.
Horrible service gave my food to someone else after waiting 30 minutes and complaining they gave me the wrong order and it was cold. I would give a 0 if I can!!!
No sense of urgency here no matter what time you come around to get your food or how early you order ahead. Wait is too long for the quality of food. Recommend going to any other town to a different a LC instead if you want your food in a reasonable amount of time
