Scary rude man at the pick up window. Not only did he give me a death stare at the window but I heard him cursing at me after the window was closed. The windows are not sound proof. I did nothing to be treated like that or to be cursed at. I have a very calm demeanor and tone. Please hire more empathetic and compassionate "customer service" professionals or train your staff better in front line positions.

Poor customer service, and got all the way to the window to pay , and they were having problems with debit, and credit cards. I had to go all the way to the bank, and the cashier/ manager seemed unapologetic, and didn’t care that it caused me an inconvenience.

Forgot my bread sticks, went back to get them and I showed them the order. Saying bread sticks with cheese, I end up with bread sticks and marinara -_-
