The eating area could be cleaner. The seats were filthy. The tables needed to be wiped down. The soda dispenser needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, a restaurant I frequent often. I hope this improves things.

Over it I literally tired to call them because they forgot my fries that I paid for and no answer. I will never return to this location. I hope they just close it down.

I don't know the young man that helped me but was over the top cared that I got what I was after explaining different types of blows... he needs to be recognized for caring... he was fast as well... nice job A++

They disrespectful towards everyone

I ordered at about 6 pm and I’m getting my order at 8 pm to make matters worse part of my order had missing items

Good food, but ever I have something missing on my order, just yesterday They forgot put the entire 6 biscuits at my order.

This restaurant's staff is....very strange. They will ask the drive through customers to do the strangest things, and almost always get the order wrong. Probably, because they're asking the drive through customers to do strange things that makes no sense, which mixes the staff up and they completely forget orders (you will NEVER get a receipt here, they make sure of it. Likely because theyre aware of how much they mess up). For example, I was told to pull off to the side and face the building. And then they would 'wave me over' when my food was ready. So that I could drive back up to the window to get it. Never mind that they became busy right after they told me to do that, and completely forgot about me. I went in, to ask about my order a while later. And yep, they had no clue what I was talking about for my order. Not even the first time they've asked me to do something very strange that NO other drive through place will ask you to do. Not sure whose running this place, but it needs some leadership from corporate to come in and just teach some very basic techniques for managing multiple orders and drive through customers. This staff could probably get it together with an actual leader at the helm, who knows basics for managing multiple orders at a time.

Evertime Something missing on my entire order. The food it's good, Sure I can back again. Parking: Please to be stay prepared, to fight with pothole, everywhere on this place, on the main entrance coming on the street and through of parking lot.

So I was pretty nervous after seen all the bad reviews but THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!.. I got a 16 piece family meal and it was so juicy and good!!. Will definitely be back..
