Employee dropped my pasta and tried to laugh it off. Instead of making a new one immediately she just starts talking to her co worker. No refund or any other service offered.

Driver never delivered my food, called guy answer said he would be back never got my order called again transfer to a generic call center answer service pos location

Last night I had a terrible experience with the night crew at dominoes. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes so close to an hour to order my pizza because the online wasn’t working. when I got a hold of someone it was really close to closing so I told them it’s OK if you don’t wanna take my order but the guy said it was fine took my order took my money and then never dropped off my order. This morning I called when opening and the lovely morning manager took care of me very well offering me cheesy bread and drinks In addition to my order. I called at 10 she said that the delivery driver would be in at 11:30 and my order was delivered by 12 just as she promised. Good part on management but please check your crew. I worked in fast food, and I’ve worked with people who are shady I know exactly what he did and he charged me and then took cash out of the drawer because my order was zeroed out when I called. I have changed my rating souly on the manager that was working this morning. Thank you
