Domino's Pizza

Sat at that drive through window for 20 minutes before I knocked and got someone's attention

I really had a bad experience with Domino's last night. I have ordered from here before and everything went well, but last night I ordered a pizza, and never got it. I received the text message saying Caleb delivered my pizza never received it, and when I called the manager was so rude. His name was Josh. He hung up on me and when I went in to the store to get refund he wouldn't even talk to me. He did the right thing because I was so pissed things might have went left. The cashier that refunded my money was polite, and she even tried to give me the pizza along with my refund, but because the manager( Josh) was so rude and disrespectful I didn't want it. We are having a pizza party and I was going to go with Domino's but thanks to Josh I will be going somewhere else. Reading other reviews and noticing I'm not the only one that have a problem. You guys might want to get a new manager. Just a thought.

I ordered over $190 on food this morning and just noticed that my order was incomplete missing 5 items. I called and the person who answered was super rude his name was Josh. He told me there was nothing to do about it and I asked him about the policy about these types of situations and he asked me if there was a policy what was it then. He did not try to help at all, he simply did not want to do anything about it. He also said that he has been in the shift since prior 10am in the morning and right now is around 6:30pm and it seems like he was very exhausted and irritated. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all specially since the employees seem to be overworked and taking it on the customers. I can understand that if the employees were not overworked perhaps Josh would’ve been nicer and helped me get my situation sorted out.

Staff was rude and inattentive. My pizza wasn’t cut properly, politely asked the staff to re-cut the pizza. Staff would not help out at all, and were argumentative.

You need a better way to move folks through your window at night. If their food is not ready, move them to the side and bring it out to them. Other vehicles behind the van last night had their food ready, and those vehicles were waiting 10 to 15 minutes.

The best pizza for a chain fast food restaurant. The supreme is my favorite pizza and Domino's has the most toppings compared to little Caesars papa johns and pizza hut. the lava cake and brownies are the best as well.

Good pizza. We always get delivery, the ap is great and easy to use.
