Delivery did not deliver my food. Spoke to manager who agreed to refund and ensure replacement order would be correct. No refund after a month of waiting. Replacement meal was missing items.

The entire place needs a deep cleaning, my shoes were stuck to the floor when I walked.

Man, wings cooked to perfection! I know this cause when I warm them back up they were still fye! Fries were fresh and hot, wings were fresh and hot!! Definitely my first time ordering here but won’t be my last! Hopefully this freshness will be like this every time! And yes I ordered the 30 piece with fries and veggies and ranch on 2/10/24. Keep up the great job, employees!!

My family and I ordered from this wingstop location yesterday. We ordered 4 combos that were all completely wrong. The wings were under cooked, the fries were soggy, and we had to wait over an hour. Not to mention it was 7 people behind the counter but there was only two people actually working. One guy was so busy flirting with the girl who was packing the orders (while she was eating) that he I’m assuming forgot to was his hands after taking the trash out. We spent over $60 and did not like a single item outside of the drinks and the store is DISGUSTING. Rick Ross needs to do better! Kid-friendliness: These people put whole carrots in my order.

The food was amazing. But they need to clean up the water on the floors and fix the ice machine. And definitely put a trash can out in the lobby.

My review is simple. Don’t go. I seen the rating when I ordered and still ordered because it was close. Big mistake. The food was so nasty I didn’t eat it. The parking lot is disgusting but I was greeted when I walked in. My food was not completely tossed in the sauce. I ordered Cajun but they gave me buffalo and the lemon pepper was half seasoned. I literally just threw the food away. Big waste of $20 dollars. I will never eat here again and neither should you. Parking: The parking lot was literally trashed. Like a literal trash bag was turned upside down. That’s always a bad sign when pulling up for food.

Received the wrong delivery order, it was redelivered but I believe they gave the driver the original order that had been sitting because the food was definitely not fresh. The lemon pepper way too overseasoned, hot okay and garlic parmesan flavorless and the parmesan cheese was caked on & the fries just sad. Underwhelmed to say the least.

I called the night manager because one of the employees family members is dying! She said no he has to wait til he gets off. This is terribly wrong. Cooking is not more important than a family member passing away!!!! I hope she sees this and understands what she’s done. She hung up the phone in my face and I had to literally beg them to open the door to try to tell the employee that we have to leave to go check on the family member before it’s too late And she still tried to hold him.
