I called over 8 “Mexican” restaurants while visiting Nashville last week, and no one was / served caldo! My MIL was sick and wanted authentic hot soup, and this place is IT!! She saved the day when she answered my call and said “yes we have caldo” and she went as far as to even mention that it wasn’t full of veggies per how it’s usually made. She said this one was more of a consume style. I took it anyway, ordered one for pick up. It was ready when I arrived. She took card. I was in and out with no wait time. Truly was so grateful. And it made my MIL feel so much better! Came with rice and utensils.
