Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse

Fantastic atmosphere and wonderful staff. We came for our anniversary and they gave us a complementary dessert with a little congratulation chocolate on it! We got the bacon and beef tartare apps and they were great. Highly recommend the bacon. My husband got the wedge salad, and I got the lobster bisque. They were both good, I recommend the bisque. There were chunks of lobster in it. For our meal my husband got the half chicken and I got the ahi tuna. The half chicken was *so good* it's brined so it is so juicy and had lots of flavor. The ahi tuna was good as well! The wasabi sauce is on the side so it's not too spicy. We also got the broccolini side which was great but cooled quickly. There was enough for both of us. For dessert we got the butter cake with vanilla ice cream which was fantastic. Very sweet in a great way. The vanilla bean ice cream was very good too. My husband got the lemon cake which is more of a lemon loaf. Enough for 4 people. I thought it was very lemony, my husband said it was more of a plain cake. If you like strong tarte lemon it's not for you. If you like a lemon flavor that's sweet, you will like this. Overall it was great service and fantastic food and we have enough leftovers for 2 meals. Parking: Parking is free for the first 2 hours and $2 for each additional hour.

The service was lack luster. Our waiter took 15-20 min to acknowledge us, we did not receive bread I was so excited to try the bread, the food was mediocre.. for the prices the food and the service could’ve been much better. Honestly longhorn is better. Save your money not worth it.

Went to dinner tonight to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Reservation was at 8 . Service started off great in beginning then when my food came out temp of steak was wrong. Ordered medium came out rare sent it back 2nd time came out was still rare n 3 rd time came back burnt n well done. After that they said they would make my food again server apologized said its coming its coming never came out . This was at 11:00 everyone was done eating. Server forgot all about our table . They still tried to charge me for my steak I never got. Never have we experienced this kind of service. Never going back

Service was great. I had bone in strip. It was absolutely delicious but I've had much better. Appetizers were really good but nothing out of this world. Peppers on the bacon dish were so damn hot it ruined the flavor of the bacon itself. I liked the atmosphere of the place definitely but I'll go elsewhere for my steaks. Oh and I tried to pay for the bill, that included my wife & my inlaws, & I secretly handed the waiter my card with the desert menu on top and he took it, stepped away, then stepped back and blatenly gave it back to me said "oh don't put me in the middle of this." Which then made me look like a goof just trying to do a nice gesture that I don't get to do often for my inlaws but he ruined that one. Your job is to assist the customers with what ever they request, in return you would've gotten a 30%-40% tip which is typical but I felt bad having to give you 20%. Oh and desert was good, lemon cake, was kinda like tres leches but with lemon cake it was good but we didn't finish it.

I have visited Del Frisco's several times in the past and always have enjoyed it but unfortunately, due to my most recent experience I will not be returning...this is supposed to be a high end steak house and given the prices no one is looking to have a mediocre experience. Today the first mishap...I ordered a glass of wine and the wine glass was dirty with an old over, obvious lipstick stain on it!! Disgusting. Secondly, I ordered the lobster bisque and it came out cold. Thirdly, I ordered the scallops with lobster Mac n cheese and cream corn on the side. I go to eat the sides and there is hair in the food. I told the waitresses and she quickly took it away and took it off the bill. She also offered a free dessert on the house, which I received the chocolate mouse cake and even it wasn't good. It was a ghost time in there for dinner time....maybe like 4 tables were occupied at most. I've never seen the place so empty. It's like word got out that this place has gone down hill and I couldn't agree more. They don't even have valet service anymore. Its very pathetic right now. Food and service is lacking at this level. These type of petty mistakes should not be happening at a restaurant with $$$$ prices. I predict this place will be closing very soon. No one is looking to spend this type money for lack luster service and food. Go elsewhere!!!

Great place for dinner celebration

The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price lol
