Ecco Buckhead

Came here a few months ago for my parents 25th anniversary dinner and booking this restaurant completely tarnished the night. We had a party of 6 and reserved weeks prior, however they had a large event they were hosting which made the service absolutely horrible. If you can’t accommodate and give decent service to your other patrons due to a large event ongoing, you should reserve the entire restaurant space for that one group to give to make sure that group gets outstanding service, instead of everyone else getting horrible service to accommodate for the larger event like what happened in reality. We waited over an hour and a half for our meals to be brought to us and the steaks we ordered were under seasoned and overcooked. For the price you’re selling a steak, the least you should be able to do is cook and season it properly. Upon returning a steak for being rare when asked for medium-well, the steak was brought back and this time was well-done and still unseasoned. I’ll give the manager props for his responsiveness and kindness due to the food and service being poor, he promised that the next visit a steak be on him, but after that experience the last thing I would ever want to do is visit this establishment again.

Have been here many times. Recently went for a birthday dinner with some girls and thought food was meh. They have scaled down the menu quite a bit so the choices are small. ESP if you are Vegan or vegetarian don’t even bother. Our mushroom flatbread came out completely burnt so had to send it back. Why even bring it out if burnt in the first place?? We tried pasta dish and also shrimp which were tad too salty for my taste. My vodka cocktail was nothing special either and my friends tasted 2 wines they didn’t liked and settled for something basic after. We ordered 3 desserts (chocolate mouse, gelato, profiteroles) and all were great. I probably wouldn’t return here after the amount of money we spent and didn’t really feel happy with food. Service and ambiance was good.

A friend invited us for dinner here. The ambiance is amazing and the food was wonderful. Just few a steps away from the mall right off of 400. The octopus is great you should try it. Everyone at our table was satisfied with their meal selection and beverage selection. What a awesome choice my friend made! Ecco we shall be back.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience! Perhaps the best thing about our visit was one of the chefs, Adrian. He visited our table and made excellent recommendations and made us feel very comfortable and taken care of. Our server was great and the food was delicious! We will be back.

It was my wife's birthday, I had told them this, and absolutely nothing. We got a waiter in training. Showed up twice for food and drink. Loyal to the fifth group, but damn, just go to Midtown. This was a totally forgettable and non-special meal. What a disappointment. The manager has now reached out to rectify the situation - I have changed my review to reflect that. Thanks!

Every dish we had was great! Perfect for larger groups too.
