DaVinci's Pizzeria of Smyrna

Yesterday, 2/29/24 I placed an order for lunch. Calzone that was missing ingredients(Pepperoni). This is about the 4th time I have ordered and my food is not correct. It is not everyday you eat $30/$40 lunch. Yet when you do, all you want is your food made correctly and to arrive in the time given. Extremely disappointed ☹️ as I have credits on file. Yet I purchase simple because it isn’t about a free meal. It’s about simple holding true to your service. I believe that was my final time purchasing here. Sad thing is when I want Pizza, this is my go too. Just disappointed,

The Chicken Alfredo Pizza never disappoints!

This was my first time at DaVinci’s. I ordered Bella Noche, large sized pizza. I was craving a pizza and I read the reviews about other customers who have been here. I did see some negative ones but overall it was a positive response. Hence, I decided to give it a shot. I am disappointed. When I got the pizza home, my friend and I opened it and it looked so delicious by the look of it. First slice was delicious, loved the taste. When we ate our second slice we started to feel the dough. It wasn’t baked properly and the crunchiness seemed to have vanished somehow. I am feeling a bit sad on how the pizza turned out. The staff were warm and friendly. I am just disappointed on the food quality.

Absolutely love Davinci’s! We order two to three times a month and regularly earn VIP coupons. That said, the dough recently has been undone inside the crust. Scrolled past a few recent reviews that mentioned the same. Only leaving a review here because the link sent to me after I order never seems to work.
