I had one of the worst customer experiences at this location. I put in a mobile order and when I received it an item was left off. I came back around through the drive through and asked about my item, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me they were out of it and didn’t know how to help me. They could have told me the item was missing the first time but decided to just let me take the charge. They got more hostile when I asked if it was possible to receive a credit or replacement item. I asked for 2 donuts and they then gave me 2 flavors that I did not ask for and when I mentioned this they yelled at me and said they were out of the flavors I asked for, which again they could have told me so I could select something else. I ended up leaving because a male employee would not stop yelling.
This Dunkin is great, fast and friendly. They're the reason I haven't been to a Starbucks in a year.
I stopped in to buy a gift card. The employees were very friendly and helpful.
I don’t know if the lady at the drive through was having a bad day but she was VERY rude while me and my daughter was ordering our food. Will go to another location
