very bad service, long waits and they are not well educated

Our server was top tier he was amazing we gave him a 20% tip but the fries were very greasy you can squeeze the grease out of them also they shorted us on two chicken wings which was crazy LOL overall the food was great far as the Henny wings and my fiance loved her meal as well the dry ribs were okay I will go back for the chicken that will be about it

The restaurant was literally empty and we requested a booth table. The waitress told us the table was for five, but the place was empty. I believe that if you are running a business and clients make simple accommodation requests such as a different table, it shouldn't be a problem. They gave us attitude and acted as if we were bothering them. We took our business elsewhere. I love Dallas BBQ, but this location needs better customer service. BBQ's downtown Brooklyn and Fordham Road are official.

this BBQ's isn't that great. Slow service, underwhelming food... If anything just order drinks cuz the food isn't worth it

Usually, I can't go wrong with the wings... Henny wings are a go-to, and the drinks are always good, though I get the ones with way too much sugar....wait times wasn't to bad on my most recent visit. Staff are cool.
