LADY ON THE PHONE/COUNTER IS EXTREMELY RUDE! always mean and always disrespectful. I hope they close because of her. The customers are what pay your bills! I hope someone translates this for her and puts her in her place. I will tell everyone I know never to order from this place

I’ve just started coming here because I stopped going to another Chinese restaurant due to customer service. Well I will not go here either. The menu says $13 delivery. I call and she tells me $20. For me to pick it up. They never respect the community. It’s time I stop eating at local Chinese restaurants. WOK 88 @ 88th & 3rd Ave here I come

Worst customer service ever First of all they gave me the wrong item and when I called she said they are right and she hanged up before I say something.

Super basic food at best. Everything appears to be frozen then heated. The fried rice is a joke... no egg, scallion, sprouts, onions or chestnut. Dry Spareribs, dry chicken wings, and overcooked pork. Is it edible? Yes. Should you order from here and eat it? Nah.

attention is the worst! very unprofessional and the food does not taste good, the lettuce was damaged. I ordered a chicken chow mein and they gave me shrimp (the smallest shrimp I have ever seen) nothing recommended. la atención es lo peor! muy poco profesional y la comida no tiene buen sabor, la lechuga estaba dañada. Pedí un pollo chow mein y me dieron de camarones (los camarones más pequeños que he visto en mi vida) nada recomendado.
