Cupitol Coffee & Eatery (West Loop)

This is a nice coffee shop. The drinks and food are good. The food is better than the average coffee shop. The average coffee shop just has muffins and this has actual meals that are good. They make their own bread and it is good. Their specialty drinks are very good. I especially like the Freddo espresso. The staff is nice. Most importantly, this coffee shop has comfortable chairs with backs. Many coffee shops just want you to order and leave so they are not comfortable. They also serve your drinks in mugs which is homey. I would recommend this coffee shop.

I travel to Chicago often and I have finally found a spot with great coffee, great service and a great atmosphere. Today was my second visit and it's my new reliable spot to come in and get some work done.

Our group of 7 came to eat here this morning meeting some family from out of town. The food was excellent, fresh and homemade. Upon walking in we were unsure if we were going to stay since it was pretty packed, and afraid there was not enough room to accommodate our group, but the staff jumped in and put together several tables for us. Which we greatly appreciated it. You will my be disappointed the the food & drinks here. Will definitely be back!

Possibly the best omelette I have ever had!

Met up with some friends here this past weekend. The atmosphere is really nice, but it's such a small space... I wish there was more seating! Luckily, we didn't have to wait long for a table to open up. I ordered a hazelnut latte and pistachio croissant- both were delicious!

I can't wait to come back. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was super tasty and reasonably priced. The portions were great. Also, they have the best sweet potato fries. Crispy and perfectly salted!

Awesome, tasty food, and exceptional coffee! Service was great!! Unfortunately, the place is really small and gets packed fast. But the prices are wonderful for the quality and size of your plate! Highly recommend!!
