Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Great experience. We were told our waiting time would be 20 minutes and it was between 5-10 minutes. These people know how to do it!

I was disappointed in my service. I picked up two orders my office ordered on line. I "thought" I just picked up the orders, since they are sitting right out. (like at Jersey Mike's) However, this must not be the case. They made me feel like i was stealing and i really did not appreciate the attitude. I used to be a huge fan of CB but even the food was "fair" i ordered mashed potatoes and biscuits - NO butter - I guess you have to ask and it's no longer a given when you order stuff that needs butter.

You know what you're getting before you go in. You know what you're getting and you will like it. Things change there only a little bit very infrequently. That's my experience going to these places coast to coast.. This one did not disappoint at all! Everyone was nice, and the food was good, and the tea was warm and sweet. Although they did run out of mashed potatoes on a sunday afternoon. I'll still go back, though. The food was more than decent, and they were super nice.

I used to love Cracker Barrel. The quality of the food went south somewhere around 2020. Don’t know why, but it seems to be endemic to all the stores, at least the ones I’ve been to. Today the service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Time from seated to waited on was about 15 minutes. And no, it wasn’t crowded at all. Time to seated to food served nearly 40 minutes. And they were out of biscuits. Cracker Barrel, out of biscuits????? I can’t come back to the Cracker Barrel ever again. I’ve like it too much to see it sink like this.

We drove up to Tennessee to meet my daughter and her new boyfriend who both flew in from Colorado. When the tab came I paid with the QR code at the table. As we exited the store, the waitress came out hollering comment “y’all did not pay.“ This was highly embarrassing because this was the first time we had met her new boyfriend. She is a major in the military and her dad is now looking like a thief! It was very embarrassing to me also. When we went back in the management on duty said we had not paid. I had to pull up my checking account and showed him where the payment had been posted. He stated that was only pending and that we had to pay again. He stated it will drop off, and insisted we pay another $80. When both charges actually were taken out of my checking account a couple days later, I called and asked for the general manager and kept getting the runaround. Finally, he did call me back, he was apologetic and said “we are going to refund both charges.” Then I got an email stating I’m going to receive a complementary gift card to Cracker Barrel. I got a $50 card and my account has still not been credited. I urge anyone to not go to this location.

Food was amazing and our waitress had a beautiful personality was very aware of all food choices cracker barrel had to offer within helping us make our chioces
