Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The pancakes were delish. The service was just okay. It took forever to get a refill on coffee and had to track down the waitress hanging out by the kitchen for our bill. The store is cute and had some cool items.

My bestie and I went in with the old timers this past weekend for breakfast, and I must say, we had the BEST waitress. The food was great. The place was clean. I think the waitress’ name was Kristin? She was probably in her 40s, dark hair, very funny.

I did see that the health score was in the 70s but my son and I didn’t have any issues with our order

Went in for lunch with my Dad.Food was horrible. Service was worse. Food score was 74, avoid at all costs. McDonald's would have been a better option had we known what we had in store.

Great experience, have had some issues in the past, but this last visit was great.

Had a 30 minute wait on April 11 to sit down and celebrate my grandfather's 94th birthday. Ordered our drinks and our food. We've been waiting for an over and hour for our food and still haven't received it. The waitress "Kristy" was snippy with our whole party. We asked for a manager and it took him 10-15 minutes to come out. The manager never apologized or anything but continued to tell us our food was on the way evwn though thats what we were told 30 minutes prior. I told him that we were not waiting any longer that we were going go eat lunch at this point. We left without without any food.
