Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Ft. Lauderdale – Galleria Mall

I’ve been a Coopers Hawk wine club member for about 8 years. This was our first time at the Galleria location since we usually go to Pembroke Pines or Dania. The place wasn’t busy and service was amazing. Our server was Ty - and she was absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for a more intimate dinner experience with good wine - definitely check out this location and ask for Ty. We ordered our usual - the cheese platter appetizer. For a main course; I decided to change it up and try something new - I ordered the soy ginger glazed salmon and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked, served with a side of their Asian slaw which is my favorite!

My family and I went to Coopers Hawk to celebrate my grandmother and uncles birthday from start to finish it was perfect! They were able to accommodate our big group comfortably. Our waitress was Virginia and she was AMAZING!!! Super friendly, attentive, caring, funny, sooo sweet! She really made our dining experience phenomenal! If you go to Coopers Hawk I highly recommend asking for Virginia! 10/10 stars!

The Balet's came to Cooper's Hawk for lunch at The Galleria. There were 9 of us and our waitress was amazing! Natalie was quick, attentive and most of all great customer service with a smile. We appreciate you Natalie!

In the realm of last-minute catering and impeccable, wine service, Cooper’s Hawk winery and restaurant reigns supreme. Ernesto answered a last minute call to serve our senior community for an event the same day! His team member Job Selvey took the lead in creating a memorable wines of the world event featuring Cooper’s hawk. Our event was at 2pm, I called around noon and within 30 mins the committed! I’m excited for our future partnership and supporting local businesses! You and your team rock!
