This is my go to breakfast spot. Not many places can you go and get breakfast and coffee for two and it be under $20. Their food is always amazing, great staff, and fantastic baked goods. Great dog friendly patio. Please never change. This is a local gem that I appreciate more than they know!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Horrible first, last,and only experience. After waiting for over a half an hour for two breakfast sandwiches asked for a refund.

Waited 30+ minutes for two egg on bagel breakfast sandwich. Kitchen staff on cell phone. Did Not fill order. Got refund. No apologies. Blank stare was the response.l Parking: Had to park across street very limited space
