Gotta give 5 stars especially for a recent delivery order. I’ve done takeout and delivery quite a few times, and I’ve found everything to be solid. The ingredients are fresh, portions are good. Today I had a problem with an order, the manager when I called handled it. He handled it fast and was super friendly. Will keep coming back!

First time going to Chopt, & that salad is unforgettable. So good! I went to chopt again the next day

We order lots of salads from here. My gripe is that every order there's always any error. For exmple incorrect salad, no salad dressing, orver dressed salds, we are going to correct and redeliver and this never happens. My hope is that these issues can be rectified because they are really simply mistakes.

Very underwhelmed, paid $15 for a mediocre salad that wasn’t filled to the top of the bowl and served with hard bread.
