BEWARE THAT THE ICE AT THIS LOCATION IS DIRTY AND HAS BEEN SINCE LAST WEEK ACCORDING TO MY KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE REACHED OUT IN AN EXCESS OF FOUR TIMES TO HAVE THE ISSUE RECTIFIED. FIRST, ALLOW TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT HAZEL THE HR MANAGER REACHED OUT TO ME IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. HOWEVER, HE WAS MORE DEFENSIVE THAN EMPATHETIC AND SEEM TO BE WORRIED ABOUT LIABILITY RATHER THAN PROPERLY ADDRESSING THE ISSUE. THERE WAS NO WAY POSSIBLE THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO PROPERLY INVESTIGATE THE ISSUE IN THE TIMEFRAME THAT HE RESPONDED TO MY CHICK-FIL-A CARES NOTICE. HE ASSURED ME ON YESTERDAY 3/17/24 THAT THE ICE HAD BEEN SERVICED ON SATURDAY. HOWEVER, TODAY AT 9:01AM THERE IS STILL DIRT PARTICLES EMBEDDED INSIDE THE ICE. THE DIRECTOR OF THE LOCATION HAS STATED THAT THIS IS AN HR ISSUE AND THE MATTER WAS OUT OF THEIR CONTROL. SO AS OF RIGHT NOW MANY CUSTOMERS ARE STILL BEING SERVED CONTAMINATED ICE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF SINCE LAST FRIDAY. CUSTOMERS ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE PRIORITY AT THIS LOCATION. NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE, ADDRESS THE ISSUE, NOR ASK GENUINELY IF MY FAMILY AND I ARE OK. HAZEL DEFINITELY LACKS THE CHARACTER FOR HR MANAGEMENT. HOPEFULLY, THEY DO BETTER BECAUSE IT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO. BEWARE
