I got a Cobb salad and it has my stomach in KNOTS! I’m not feeling good so my smell is off but I had someone smell it & they said it didn’t smell right.

This is by far one of the worst Wendy's in GA,,,something is always off at this location from rude employees to chicken nuggets and french fries cooked in old grease and hard hamburger buns. I could go on all day about how bad this location is.. do not eat their go to another Wendy's somewhere else. Waste of your money

They spent a lot of money refurbishing this Wendy's. But there was no soap in the bathroom, and a huge roll of paper towels was sitting on top of the empty towel dispenser that had obviously not gotten replaced in the upgrade. Also simply horrible music over the sound system. Worse than elevator music! Edit... Previous review was from 2021. Recently went through the drive through, and they completely messed up my order. Usually when this happens at a fast-food restaurant, I just shake my head and say nothing, but this order was so messed up that when I finally realized it several miles from the place, I decided I would say something, so later that day I got my receipt out and followed the instructions on the back to do their survey, where I explained my problem. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply from Shanetria Hollis, who promised to mail me a coupon good for a free meal at Wendy's. It has now been over two months, and I have received nothing and heard nothing. I have emailed Ms. Hollis three times but gotten no reply. I keep eating at Wendy's, but I am really disappointed with management and with customer service. ***EDIT 2024*** Downgrading review again. This restaurant's only redeeming factor was the $4/$5 Biggie Bag. Recently went there and was told they only have a $6 or $7 now, though the sign at the drive thru clearly offers a $5 bag. I'm done with this Wendy's. Oh and it's been two years now, and I STILL haven't gotten that promised free meal coupon in the mail.

Went here today hoping to just grab a quick breakfast . To start my busy day , I was prompted with a rude representative on the intercom . With a lot of attitude , I order a number 9 . Which is a bacon egg and cheese on a English muffin. They gave me a half cook sandwich Only to receive the incorrect order three times causing me to be late for work . I had to turn back twice , when I went back to the store the representative that was at the window taking the payments acted arrogant and appears to not want to be at work. I respect everyone no matter the circumstances and I can honestly say she needs to be taken away from the window and off the intercom. I use to always come to this Wendy’s the service they provided in the past was top notch . but unfortunately it appears that the old staff has left. The manager and the staff at the window collecting the payment needs better training on customers service interactions . I was so nice even told them I hope everything gets better . I will be contacting corporate because my overall experience was horrible and the manager seem to not care , her excuse is that , she’s the only one there and she is training two new hire . The first part of training should be focus on customer satisfaction , especially when you operating a business like this . Pray no one has to experience what I did . Because it’s not right to upset someone day , just because yours isn’t going well .
