Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place used to be good. Now I’m sitting in the chipotle lane for 15 minutes waiting to pick up an online order. I’ve been watching these teenagers screw around the entire time, not sure what’s taking so long it’s not even busy. Looks like complete chaos in there. I hope I get what I ordered.

Every time I've been here consistently over the years I've had an issue. Whether it's the food not being that great or the store being dirty. Mostly it's the employees being rude. I mobile ordered and picked up in the drive thru but realized that a reward item didn't get added to my cart in the app. I went in to get it and scan the code and the employees insisted they gave me all my food and would not listen to me or look at my phone to show them what happened. They eventually got frustrated and just "gave me" my extra side of guac and didn't even say "you're welcome" when I thanked them. If they had let me explain what happened instead of just being annoyed it could've been a better experience for both of us!

Came in at 2:30 and no one was in line or in the restaurant. We weren’t exactly sure what to order as our kids weren’t with us so we hesitated to step up to the counter. The lady that helped us was SO rude. I said three bowls… she immediately slammed three bowls on the counter and said what else? I told her what we were ordering - and she said what else? I could barely say anything (or think - for that matter) and she’s say what else?? Lady! You aren’t busy - you aren’t helping anyone else. Chill for a second! The bowls she made for half full and messy. She literally slopped them together all while saying “what else” 15 times. Terrible service. Won’t be back!

This location used to be great but any of our recent visits in the past few months have been iffy and tonight was the worst by far. No one made eye contact with us the entire time we were ordering our food. We stood there for ten minutes before anyone started taking our order but even while doing our order no one made eye contact. They burned our quesadilla and smushed all the cheese out. They were skimpy on the meat. All they would have had to do was make eye contact and say “hey sorry we just got a big online order we’re finishing up.” Instead it was awkward and rude. Management has a lot to do here to train staff properly and teach them some basic manners.

This location is the best! Super clean and efficient! Nancy is really nice, efficient and helpful! They're quick too!
