Just a hilariously bad Chipotle

They fill up the bowl which is super nice. They have really nice workers as well! only complaint is that they are always out of chips. Super inconvenient if you mobile order and have to contact chipotle for the refund

Food solid. But the music here is truly dope!

Came to this location because it is convenient to me and they usually have okay service. Tonight was the night I’ve decided I will not be returning as a customer. I felt very unwelcome and rushed towards the end of making my order. The second lady fixing my bowl was not considerate of me telling her to add light green sauce and a little more sour cream, she did whatever sized portion she wanted. To top it off the guy training the new employee on the register was very rude to me. Not only did he make it uncomfortable for me rushing the new employee to type in orders before previous customers could even swipe their card to pay for their meal, I bet it made the new employee uncomfortable as well because I could tell she felt rushed. I redeemed points for a free fountain drink. I scanned the code before I paid for my meal & I also alerted the cashier that I had a code. I pay for my meal and they hand me my food but not my drink cup. I let the guy training the new employee know & he stares at me then proceeds to check my receipt that they kept and never gave to me and very rudely tells me that it didn’t ring up and that I didn’t notify anyone of a code (which I did) so they’re not obligated to give me a cup. Before I could say anything else he brushes me off & starts checking out the next customer. After that they rung me up again to use my code but refused to give me the correct size cup my code qualified for. He tried to tell me that was the regular size as if it was my first time at Chipotle. If I wanted a FREE water cup I would’ve asked for that instead wasting my points. The guy was lightskin, about 6ft, and wears glasses. Nevertheless, I won’t be returning to this location. New staff and trainers needed asap.

The Rice in the Buritto is hard , which means undercooked or it dried up . Trust me Im Asian , i eat Rice everyday . Staff were nice . Music is so Loud for DINE iN it sounds like a Club . i thought Meh, sum1's being a Teenager . Came back another time same thing . Seems policy you play music so Loud guests wont want to eat there ? Dont Recommend . Wont Return .
