I wouldn't know how the food is because I requested a refund and left. I asked for a burrito in a bowl because I thought this is what Chipotle called them...the ingredients in a bowl. They coined the term burrito in a bowl years ago. Well anyways everything moved so fast and most of the front line spoke so fast I got caught up in their energy and tried keeping up. I ended up with a bowl with a tortilla inside with the ingredients inside the tortilla! The whole idea was to not eat a tortilla. Their solution? grab gloves and pull the tortilla from under the food! Not, remake the dish. Furthermore, because of the tortilla, there was less food in the bowl, lessening the value. My advice to Chipotle? Slow down a notch. My advice to you? Be clear and watch them every step of the way!
I love it I got a veggie burrito w guacamole
Let me start with great food and your classic original Chipotle vibe. However, the first person in the food line taking the orders was extremely rude and clearly high on an upper. She was rushing everything unnecessarily and grinding her jaw. I watched her take the next three orders as I made way down the line and she was rude and short with everyone. The whole time she was avoiding eye contact and doing all the upper drug tells. They need to address this. Wheelchair accessibility: They have great ADA accessibility and plenty of spots. One of their ADA curb stops is slanted a lot and makes navigating difficult if they could fix that.
Always out of the salad dressing
THEY CHARGED ME $2.65 for Guac but I didn’t order Guac. I asked if that was the right price and they said “it was for what I ordered”. Do you see any Guac? The employees don’t care 0/5 stars go to a different location
Good food for fast food but they had some cool music
Probably the worst chipotle in Denver. It's by our house so we've been going here for years but they seem to always mess something up. Chips are usually stale, rice undercooked, out of some sort of meat, etc
