Chipotle Mexican Grill

do not i repeat do not come to this location. the workers here are racist. they only have hispanic people working here.they are rude and refuse to give good service. the hispanic worker with the bun in his hair argued with me over salsa in a restaurant full of customers. he than threw my salsa and said i will not be getting any because i asked why he inserted himself in the conversation with the cashier and i. he knew he purposely gave me a small amount to be petty, because i explained how small the portions he was giving out to just me were. i asked for a manager he said he was one, and refused to give me a name. he then began to call me names and and say i have no job lol what a joke. this is uneceptable he needs to be fired. do not come here IM MAD I EVEN CAME BECAUSE THE FOOD WASN'T EVEN GOOD. IT WAS COLD FLAVORLESS AND THE GREEN SALSA WAS JUST CHUNKS.GUAC WAS BROWN AND ALSO HAD NO FLAVOR COME ON GUYS. I WASTED MY MONEY AND GOT ATTACKED. NASTY COLD FOOD. THIS PLACE IS GHETTO AND DISGUSTING. WORKERS ARE TERRIBLE THEY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE SOON....

This location is the absolute WORST! it can be cheese surprising queso lettuce sour cream and the list goes on .. no point coming here. Not to mention lack of staff

This is a big meal and l love it!!! I can't eat the entire burrito so l cut it in two and eat the rest the next day. It's worth the price

Healthy eating. Good service. I used the hack I have seen in social media by asking server to add more rice, more veggies more corns and more chicken. I ended up with alots of food. Tip- ask for more not extra. Otherwise you will be charge for add on.

I love chipotle, it was also my first job after highschool. So when I say I know the high standards that are needed to be maintained, I know. This store in particular let me down. My boyfriend and I went to grab a bowl for dinner and it was just one person on the line. Poor girl needed assistance and the cook was cutting up the carne asada and when she finally got to us, they ran out of white rice and it would be another 30 minutes for the rice to be done and the pinto beans that came out were poured into the old tray that was on the line. We were lucky enough to get the last of the guac because they ran out as well. We went at 8 pm and I believe they close at 11 pm so I was shocked that they were out of alot of things. We proceeded but wanted the carne asada as a double portion and we were told to wait another 5 minutes. It was not a problem for us and we ordered it on the side. Then we look behind us and the line was to the door and still no one in sight to help her. I assumed they were short staffed so we were patient and she was sweet too I just knew she felt overwhelmed. We get to the cashier and pay for our food while we still wait for our asada. Minutes pass by and then I see three other associates come out and so I'm shocked because this girl was overworked when anyone of them could have helped. Finally someone else hopped on the line, as I'm still waiting for my asada I had to ask the girl who was chatting it up with I guess an employee who was not on the clock and I had to interrupt their conversation in order to finally receive my asada. By the time I went back to my bowl my tortilla was so cold and the carne asada itself was so chewy. I was so upset after everything more for the girl on the line since she was drowning with a line and NO ONE came to her rescue until 15 min later. I hope the manager steps it up for the employees because I know how hard it is to drown with a line filled with frustrated customers.
